Someone to find the problem, and stay to fix it.

Many people I talk to have already been told what's wrong. It usually arrived as a plan, and the plan is still in a folder somewhere.

I look at your marketing, your website and the systems behind them as one thing. We decide together what matters first. Then I do the work myself, and I move fast. One client's website went from locked in an agency's account to rebuilt and live in a week. Your content keeps going out the whole time.

Why it still feels stuck

Every piece got handled. Nobody checked how they fit together.

Traffic comes in and nobody books. Shoppers add to cart and leave. A lead fills out the form on Thursday and hears back the following Tuesday. You pay every month for an email platform that sent four campaigns this year, and nobody can say which posts brought in an actual customer.

Each of those looks like its own job, so most businesses hire for them one at a time. The web designer does the site. Someone else takes social. Everyone finishes their part, and the business feels exactly as stuck as before, because the problem was in the gaps between them.

So it all routes back to you. You remember which tool does what, and you rewrite the contractor's draft at eleven at night. A week off isn't on the table.

That's where I start.

You're usually right about where the problem is. It just goes further down than anyone has looked yet.

What I work on

Everything your customers see, and what runs behind it.

Most clients need two or three of these at once. With one person on all of them, nobody is guessing how a change in one place breaks something in another.

What your customers see

01

Website design and rebuilds

People decide whether you're legitimate from your website, usually on a phone, in a few seconds. Plenty of sites only need a few updates and a contact form that works. Yours might need rebuilding. I do both, and I'll tell you which it is.

  • Small updates and changes, so edits stop sitting in someone's queue
  • Full rebuilds on a platform you own and can edit yourself
  • Pages rebuilt around the one thing you want a visitor to do
  • Contact, booking and inquiry forms that reach the right inbox
  • Copy in the words your customers use
  • SEO, plus AEO so AI tools like ChatGPT can find and recommend you
  • Mobile layout and page speed, checked on real phones
  • A move off your website builder before the subscription lapses, with your content intact
02

Email marketing and follow-up

A lot of business is lost after the first contact. Someone fills out a form, books a call or buys once, and then hears nothing. It happens to service businesses and online stores alike, and this is where I find out where those people went.

  • Fast follow-up on new inquiries and leads, so nobody waits days for a reply
  • Welcome and follow-up emails that send on their own
  • Booking confirmations, reminders and no-show follow-up
  • Onboarding for new clients, and post-purchase emails for new customers
  • Win-back emails for past clients and lapsed buyers
  • A newsletter you can realistically keep sending
  • A map of every step from first contact to repeat business, marked where people drop off
  • Setup and cleanup in MailerLite, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel or Dubsado
03

Social media, content and brand

Social is often where I start. It's the part of the business people see every day, and once posts go out on a steady schedule, they show me where the rest of the business is leaking. I make sure your posts, website and emails all sound like the same company.

  • Social media management for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn
  • Content plans, carousels, captions and short video
  • Brand voice and messaging, starting with one sentence that explains what you do
  • Visual identity and a brand folder a contractor can use without calling you
  • AI product imagery and campaign visuals, directed to look like your brand
  • Customer-style photos and video (UGC) that look real, not staged
  • Pitch decks, line sheets and sales materials for buyers

The systems behind it

04

AI tools and automation

Plenty of businesses pay for AI tools nobody opens. I'd rather start with the weekly task you hate most. Once that one is off your plate, we build from there.

  • Finding the tasks AI handles well in your business, and the ones it doesn't
  • Voice files and instructions so AI writes like you
  • Custom assistants for content, customer replies and internal docs
  • Automations that connect your forms, customer database (CRM), email and calendar
  • Training for your team, so the tools still get used after I'm gone
05

Systems and operations

If the business only runs because you remember everything, it can't get much bigger than you.

  • CRM setup and cleanup
  • Client onboarding workflows
  • SOPs that get knowledge out of one person's head
  • Templates for proposals, intake and the emails you keep rewriting by hand
06

Analytics and reporting

You should be able to say where last month's customers came from. Most owners can't, usually because nobody set up the tracking.

  • Tracking that shows where customers come from
  • A monthly report in plain language, with what to do next
  • A clear answer on which spending is working and which you can cancel

Recent work

What it looks like once it's done.

Beauty e-commerce brand

Started on social. The real problem was further down.

I started on their social media. Once the content was going out, it was clear where sales were slipping: shoppers reached the site and didn't buy, and the ones who left never heard from the brand again. So the work moved to the website's conversion and their email systems, which is where the money was being left on the table.

Real estate company

Website rebuild in a week

They were paying an agency every month for a site they couldn't edit. I rebuilt it on a platform they own, fixed the inquiry forms and page flow, and updated their SEO and AEO. The agency bill is gone.

Skincare brand

Fractional marketing lead

Weekly AI product imagery, email, Pinterest and Instagram, all held to one brand voice, so the brand shows up every week without a shoot on the calendar.

Beauty growth agency

Brand, website, then their clients

I built the brand and website from a blank page. Now I work with their clients, so each brand and deck holds up in front of major retailers.

We were paying an agency every month just to keep our website running. Nikkie rebuilt it in a week, and now we own it and update it ourselves. Along the way she cleaned up our forms and the way people move through the site. She also updated our SEO so we show up in Google and in AI search.

Lacey Williams, Shoreline Properties

Nikkie built our brand from the ground up, faster than I expected. Now she works directly with our clients to improve their marketing and social media so that their brand and their deck look great when we pitch to major retailers.

Ways to work together

Hire me for one job, or for the whole picture.

You don't have to choose before you write. Most people can't tell yet, and sorting that out is what the first call is for.

One project

You already know the job.

Maybe the website needs rebuilding, or the email flows were never set up. Maybe onboarding only works when one particular person is in the office. You know what needs doing, and you want it done properly by someone who can see how it touches the rest of the business.

How it works

  • Scope, timeline and cost agreed in writing before anything starts. Depending on scope, a single project is often done in under a week
  • I do the work, and you review at set checkpoints
  • You get the finished result plus the files, logins and notes to run it
  • If I spot something else, I'll mention it once and leave the call to you

Ninety days inside the business

The problems are tangled together.

Fixing one piece won't hold when the site, the follow-up and the back end all pull on each other. So I review everything first and we set priorities together. Then I work through them in order, which might mean a new homepage in week two and an analytics cleanup nobody notices in week six.

Content keeps going out the whole time. What we learn from it usually shows where the real leak is.

What's included

  • A whole-business review at the start
  • Priorities and milestones you sign off on
  • Hands-on work, done by me
  • Posts, email and content that keep running
  • Short updates on what changed and why
  • AI and automation where they help, and a plain no where they don't
  • Referrals when something is outside what I do
  • Documentation of everything, and a list of what's still worth doing at the end

You should finish with a business that runs better and stays that way, whether you keep me on or not.

Ask about ninety days →

Or just tell me what's going on.

Send a few lines about the business and what's bugging you. I'll tell you straight whether I'm the right person.

Send me a note

How it starts

What happens after you write.

There's no forty-question intake form to get through first.

  1. You send a note about the business and what's bothering you.
  2. We talk for about half an hour. It's free. I ask the questions that get to what's actually going on.
  3. You get my recommendation in writing. One project, ninety days, the Audit (more on that below), or "I'm not the right person for this." If it's me, you'll see the scope, timeline and cost before you agree to anything.
  4. The work starts. You walk me through how the business runs and give me access to the accounts I'll work in. From there, I take it.

Want the full picture first?

A full diagnosis before you hire anyone. Including me.

Some people want to know exactly what's going on before they hand the work to anyone. They want to know what to fix first, and who should fix it, before they spend anything else. The Audit is built for that.

Before we meet, I go through the business from the outside in: the website, the messaging, the path from first visit to sale, your email, how people find you, and the systems behind all of it. Then we spend 90 minutes on a working call, matching what I found against what you know from the inside.

Outside-in review90-minute callWritten summary

You leave with

  • A plain-language read on what's getting in the way
  • A ranked list of what to fix first, and what isn't worth your money yet
  • A written summary and the recording of the call
  • Something specific enough to hand to your team, a contractor, or me

If you hire me for the work within 30 days, the Audit is credited toward it.

Fit

Probably a good fit if

  • You already have customers, and the business behind them is getting harder to run.
  • You've paid for pieces of help before and still can't tell what's working.
  • You'd rather someone do the work than hand you a plan for it.
  • A straight answer matters to you, including "don't spend money on that yet."

Probably not yet if

  • You're still working out what you sell or who buys it.
  • What you really want is coaching, or a course to work through on your own.
  • The goal is the cheapest way to get one small task off your list.

Questions people ask

Before you write in.

Do I need to know what's wrong before I write to you?

No. Most people can tell something's off without knowing where. Finding it is the job.

Why is my website getting traffic but no inquiries?

Usually one of three things: visitors can't tell what you do in the first few seconds, the next step isn't obvious, or the form goes somewhere nobody checks. The Audit will tell you which one it is, and a single project fixes it.

How do I get my business to show up in ChatGPT and AI search?

AI tools recommend businesses they can understand and trust. That means clear pages that say what you do and where, answers to the questions your customers ask, and the same information about you across the web. That's AEO, and I set it up alongside SEO.

Should I hire an agency or one person?

An agency makes sense when you need a team working in parallel. One person makes sense when the problems connect and you want someone who sees all of them. You also skip the account manager between you and the work.

What affects the cost of a project?

Scope, mostly: how many pages, how many emails, and how much is a fix versus a build. Every project gets one quote, in writing, before anything starts.

What's the difference between the Audit and ninety days?

The Audit tells you what's wrong and what to fix first. Ninety days is me fixing it.

What is AEO?

Answer engine optimization. It's how your business shows up when someone asks ChatGPT, Google's AI results or another AI tool for a recommendation, the same way SEO is how you show up in regular search. I set up both.

Can you work with the tools and people I already have?

Yes. If your current platforms do the job, I work inside them. I only suggest switching when it saves you money or time.

How fast do you work?

Fast. I want your project finished as much as you do. Depending on scope, a single project is often done in under a week, and you get the timeline in writing before anything starts. Bigger work takes longer, and you'll know how long before you agree to it.

How much of my time does this take?

Less than most people expect, but the start matters. Early on I need a proper walkthrough of how the business actually runs, and access to the accounts I'll be working in, like your website, email platform, analytics and social. After that, the homework is mine, and you review at checkpoints instead of managing every step.

Do you only work with beauty brands?

No. A lot of my background is in beauty, wellness and luxury retail. I've also worked with a property company, e-commerce brands and online coaches, and I ran my own photography business for seven years. Most businesses leak in the same few places.

Will the AI work look generated?

You'd notice generated work quickly, and so would I. AI makes me faster. I direct every piece so it looks like your business.

What happens when we're done?

You own everything: the files, the logins, the documentation. Nothing stays locked in my accounts.

What if I need something you don't do?

I'll say so, and point you to someone who does.
